Enbala announces the release of a software development kit (SDK) that enables third-party developers, device manufacturers, and system integrators to build applications on the Enbala Concerto™ distributed energy control platform. The kit is a collection of robust tools, API interfaces, documentation, sample data, code and prepackaged modules. It also includes access to a developer community message board for support — all designed to speed integration of real-time energy data and control of a rapidly expanding range of distributed energy resources encompassing both behind-the-meter and front-of-meter assets and grid edge devices.

The release of Concerto SDK v1.0 follows on the heels of a May 19 developer integration workshop attended by more than 40 participants interested in developing applications and integrating devices with the Concerto platform.
