Toronto, Ontario, April 1, 2014 – Enbala Power Networks is pleased to announce that Arthur (Bud) Vos will be joining the company as President and CEO. Vos joins Enbala with extensive experience and a proven track record of delivering software applications to electric utilities. Enbala is poised for massive growth within the smart grid industry through the continued adoption of GOFlex™ – Enbala’s flagship platform for grid optimization including advanced demand management applications.

With over 15 years of energy industry experience, Vos brings in-depth knowledge and experience providing high-value software solutions to utilities. Previously, Mr. Vos served as COO at Simple Energy, Inc. and as CTO of Comverge, Inc. He has a track record of helping successful companies grow while serving the evolving needs of utilities and the overall energy industry.

Enbala’s previous CEO, Ron Dizy, will remain with Enbala as EVP and Chief Revenue Officer, continuing to work hand-in-hand with utilities, system operators, and electricity customers.
