Ratliff is an innovative leader with 15 years of experience in technology development and delivery for the utility industry. Most recently he was the CTO and Senior Vice President of Engineering for Comverge, where he led all commercial software and hardware development as well as technical delivery services and quality assurance.
At Enbala, Ratliff is responsible for the firm’s technical vision, technology direction and for leading all technological development aspects for the company’s distributed energy resource management solutions, including the recently announced Symphony by Enbala™ platform.
