Having lived in four countries (so far) and visited many more, Jacob George is a proverbial citizen of the world. Not only is he well-travelled but also well-visioned, and he sees himself as a member of a large extended family that spans borders and boundaries. Curious, adaptive, optimistic, calm, collaborative and able to juggle many projects and priorities, Jacob believes that his role as Generac Grid Services Customer Success Engineer suits him perfectly, enabling him to do what he enjoys most — digging into customer challenges and brainstorming solutions. He is driven to solve problems, and as someone who loves nature and outdoor activities like rock climbing, hiking and biking, Jacob believes that one of the world’s biggest problems is climate change. He is very focused on combine his background in clean energy engineering with his technology knowledge and experience to develop the solutions needed not only by his customers, but also the planet.
